Saurabh Jain is the Founder and CEO of Vanja. He has spent over 21 successful years in the Indian credit markets and has rich experience in varied financial areas spanning securitization, structured finance, debt capital markets, and distressed debt.
Prior to founding Vanja, he has built a solid reputation in both domestic as well as international institutions such as Nomura, DB, Kotak, and ICICI Bank to name a few. He has experience with INR and foreign currency transactions for loan and bond products. He specializes in deal sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and syndication/placement.
Saurabh possesses extensive knowledge of Indian regulations governing various credit products, which play an important role in deal structuring and investor placement in India. He is well-known for his financial expertise and experience and has built a strong connection with a diverse range of investor segments, including private sector banks, NBFCs, FPIs, foreign banks, alternative funds, mutual funds, and private wealth firms.
