Sole and Exclusive Advisor for Leveraged Finance for a Healthcare Company
Acted as the Sole and Exclusive Advisor on an INR 1150 crore (USD 150 mn) financing raised by continuing shareholders to buyout minority shareholders in a healthcare company. The deal was structured as term loan and led by one of India’s largest private sector commercial banks. This deal is amongst the largest leveraged finance deals in India which is led by a commercial bank.

WHAT WE DO
Sole Advisor for Leveraged Finance for an IT Services Company
Acted as the Sole Advisor on an INR 190 crore financing raised by the founder of an IT services company to buyout a PE investor in the company. The loan was structured as a listed, rated INR bond and was placed with a well-known global institution. The financing was structured in an innovative way, with recourse to the operating company and its cash flows.
